A smart TV in the living room and high speed internet are available to keep you connected to the rest of the world, if you choose! You share the gravel road with only 2 other neighbors. There are 2 porches for sitting and lots of shade from established 100 year old oak trees. The house is pet friendly although there is no fenced yard.

There is access to a private lake 15 minutes from the property. This lake has 2 beaches open to members and guests for swimming and floating. Inquire for access. Pets are not allowed on the beach areas. Canoeing and fishing (with a VA license) are permitted.

This property also offers access for horse back riding. There are stables and forest trails across the street. Hiking, birding and biking are nearby in the Cumberland State Forest and Bear Creek Lake State Park.
